When can I expect delivery of my order

This depends on the item you have ordered. In most cases you will be able to see stock location and delivery times in the checkout page which gives you an idea about when to expect delivery. As a general guide UK stock is delivered 2 days, EU stock in delivered in 3 days and Free deliveries take upto 5 days. We only ship and deliver during weekdays

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept most major Debit and Credit cards. Customers can use both UK and international cards for payments on our website. Our payment system is provided by Paypal but you don’t need a paypal account to place orders with us. Simply follow instructions on checkout page to pay using your preferred payment method

Are all items in stock

We are a reseller rather than a retailer which means majority of our stock comes direct from distributors or manufacturers of the brands we sell. We physically stock items in our warehouse in Wiltshire and Manchester but these are mostly excess inventory and clearance products. Majority of brand new products are delivered direct from our suppliers.  

How secure is my data and payment details

We use industry best practices to secure our customers data. Our online store is running on reliable cloud servers and routinely updated software scripts with behind a firewall. This will ensure maximum security. We do not save your payment information on our servers. Payments are processed by Paypal on their secure environment. As you may already know Paypal is one of the worlds largest provider of secure online payments, the same technology that powers payment for digital platforms like eBay and Bonanza. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

Each order is manually checked by our team for stock and pricing accuracy. If we believe there is anything that prevents us from processing your order we will let you know as early as possible. We only charge when the order is processed for dispatch which means your payment remains pending until we confirm the order from our end. We will notify you order updates via email including dispatch and tracking information

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We are a VAT registered business. We will send you a VAT invoice once the order is shipped. If you are a European VAT registered customer please contact us to purchase at zero VAT
